Why People Choose Kashmiri Khubani Over Regular Dried Apricots

• No added sugar or sulphur preservatives — many mass-market dried apricots (especially the bright-orange Turkish ones) are treated with sulphur dioxide to preserve colour. Ours aren't, which is why the colour is a natural amber-brown, not neon orange.
